2. Accessing the website

When you access this website, the web server processes connection data required for its operation. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser identifier, and operating system.

Processing is necessary to provide the website securely and without errors, to detect attacks, and to maintain technical stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and dependable operation of this website.

Server logs are generally deleted within seven days. Where a specific security incident occurs, affected entries may be kept until the incident has been resolved and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

3. Hosting and DNS

The website is hosted on a HostBrr server located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. HostBrr processes the data required to provide the hosting service on our behalf.

We use Cloudflare to manage the Domain Name System. Cloudflare may process technical DNS query data and may process data outside the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Neither Cloudflare's proxy service nor Cloudflare Analytics is used for this website.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your contact details and the content of your message to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in other cases.

We delete this data when the matter has been resolved and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate reason requires us to keep it. Business correspondence may be subject to statutory commercial and tax retention obligations.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, marketing, or profiling services. It does not load third-party fonts or embedded media.

6. Recipients

Personal data is made available only to parties that require it for the purposes described above. These may include our hosting and IT providers acting as processors, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
